Based on ardent research of where Greater Omaha ranks amongst its peers, the Chamber’s 2025-2027 economic development strategy seeks to address critical challenges, while amplifying Greater Omaha’s strengths in business growth, talent retention, and quality of life.

A New Economic Development Equation: The Greater Omaha Chamber’s strategy introduces a people-centric economic development equation focused on three strategic priorities:
1. Strategic Business Growth The Greater Omaha Chamber aims to strengthen the regional economy by supporting existing businesses and attracting new industries. Key initiatives include:
- Engaging local companies to remove barriers and facilitate growth.
